The US Marshall's press release speaks for itself about this guy. Do you think a government agency would publish something like that if they were not sure of their facts.

Ingram is now under house arrest in the San Antonio, Texas area.

I would like to know exactly where so I can collect on a court judgement against him

House Arrest Chosen in Probation Case

Despite a dramatic arrest and Taser use by federal marshals in Illinois, and 101 days in jail, George
Warren Ingram III did not have his probation revoked Monday.

In a hearing before 186th District Judge Maria Teresa Herr, Ingram pleaded "not true" to the allegations
that he violated his probation by going to another state without permission.

His lawyer, Roy Barrera Sr., said Ingram did leave the state, but thought at the time that his probation
was finished.

A jury convicted Ingram in 2003 of theft of service for writing a bad $10,000 check to an accountant.

His business ventures include unrealized plans to build a massive water bottling plant in Southeast
Texas and an attempted joint venture to run Ecuador's state-owned oil company.

In a 2002 bankruptcy filing, he claimed more than $100 million in assets. That case was dismissed in
2003 because Ingram failed to pay $40,000 in fees.

The judge asked Barrera if Ingram preferred that his probation be revoked or to agree to stay in San
Antonio under house arrest, and Ingram chose house arrest, once he gets out of jail.

While I cannot elaborate here, it is completely true that George Warren Ingram III is a total anti-american swindler con artist worthless LIAR criminal. He fakes companies and gets "Honest" folks blinded with excitement about making money and uses that to give body to a fake business so he can swindle others/investors and business(s) out of their money and services and I think partly so it can inflate his rediculous ego. Trust me - HE IS a severe liar and in REALITY NOT an information tech genious. HE's actually an idiot - but most of the time he goes unchallenged because of the blinding they get for the possiblity of making money. When challenged on most anything, he falls apart but usually with some good story that sounds plausable so you have to challenge the challenge over and over to get to his empty suit reality. This guy is truely a dirt ball in the truest sense. He's the kind of swindler that gives America a bad name internationally!!!!! He does not even know how to pronounce SKYPE - he calls it as a two syllable word ie "Sky Pee". Again he is a complete fake. NEVER trust anything he says!!!!

Here is what I found out to be true, a Newspaper man gave me this that was published in 2007...

Questions and Answers by George Ingram III founder of American PureTex Water Corporation:
1. It has been reported and there is a web site to the affect that you were arrested over the Christmas holiday period, is this true?
Yes, these are false pretense charges, I was not a fugitive and I have prepared a legal response against San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas & the State of Texas.
2. What are the circumstances that led up to the arrest?
In 1999 I brought a legal malpractice case lawsuit against the now defunct Law firm, Butter Binion, LLP in Houston, on none counts of legal malpractice. That case wound around Texas, New York, California, China, and Korean, it was originated by me principally to protect my personal fortune, as the attorneys involved were abusing their durable power of attorney related to my estate plan they wrote putting them in charge of my assets. My will was eventually re-written by the Baker Botts law firm to protect my family.
In the process of litigating the International portion of my claims, we wound up in an International Arbitration administered in New York, and at the same time the defendant law firm was creating ancillary cases in Texas, to one distract the public perception that they we innocent of the many malpractice claims against them myself and other, and to raise my litigation expense to carry on. One of the thing a victim must do in litigation is produce expert witnesses to prove how he or she was damaged. In 2000, an accounting firm Hanke, Green, & Stein in San Antonio was recommended by the now defunct accounting firm of Arthur Anderson in Houston, and I sought to retain that firm as expert witness in the International Arbitration to testify on behalf of Ingram Investore, LLC my co-Plaintiff. The accounting firmed showed up for the deposition in Houston, and testified that he was not an expert, and he did not know how his $55 Million dollar numbers on the companies damages were different than all other estimates of damages related to an Foreign exchange hedge with Wells Fargo Bank that was to transact in 1998. At that point we decided since he was not an expert, and we did not get the benefit of our bargain, that we would not pay him for the services he could not perform. Mr. Dan Hanke, had substituted a junior accountant for himself because he was to busy.
After that happened it was clear that Hanke was open to an accounting malpractice suit from Ingram Investore, LLC, and sought to bring a criminal complaint against George Warren Ingram, individually as his defense. It is interesting to note, that the same professional liability insurance company insured both Hanke, Green, & Stein, and Butler Binion, LLP, and that the $55 million was the threshold insurance coverage for the first tier of coverage, our damages were $285 million for all claims, and $218 million just for the Botched FX Exchange Transaction.
The rest is history, all other claims have been litigated to finality, and it has been a very tough 8 years. I was forced to him the $10,000 he was claiming under judicial pressure, but I expect to have that return to me at the end of this saga.
Before Butler Binon, LLP, I personally had no litigation for 15 years prior to when I hired them.
3. You noted that emails and letter writing campaigns are being waged against you and your companies, what are these about? In Texas the anonymous Letters and faxes are against me primarily but refer to a PureTex Water and its parent APWC that I founded in 1974 and in which I owe shares. Apparently they seek to discredit the company because of the San Antonio, Texas illegal arrest.
4. Is there any connection to your legal issues and APWC? No APWC is a run independently by Executives and a Board of Directors. And I am personally a not major shareholder.
5. How do you plan to fight the arrest and legal challenges?
The arrest was illegal, and I have retained legal counsel in my home state an also in Texas to counter these malicious charges and defend myself, other than that, what else can I do?
6. Are there any other legal actions going on that may come forward? There is one legal actions involving one former employee that were discharged for cause in APWC. He has filed a wage claim but has perjured himself, and his friend also filed a wage claim in Texas, but the APWC records shows he did not perform work for the company in Texas as a Texas employee There are no other suits or activities I am aware.
7. Are there any other past legal issues you have been involved in? I am an international business man with a lot of interests around the world. From time to time there are legal issues the come from conducting business in many countries, but today as far as I know today, there is no outstanding litigation.
8. What is the status of your business start up PureTex Water Works at APWC: A shareholders meeting occurred on January 17, 2007 and the company is currently in the due diligence process with several investment banking houses in New York to guide the company through the process place private equity funding of $500mm to construct two bottle water facilities in South Texas. Nineteen APWC shareholders attended that meeting and ratified the Restated Articles of Incorporation of the company on file at the Texas Secretary of State Office, and the structure of the financing that the company representatives are presenting to the investment bankers.
9. Anything else you would like to add? APWC was formed to develop its unique position that it holds to provide safe clean pure drinking to people. It is an agricultural food product, and we can by bottling it provide the daily necessity to millions of people without pumping large volumes of water that is principally wasted. At the same time at the company in the years of 2002, 2003, 2004 ,2005, and 2006 dicussed these matter with our neighbors and concluded that what we should be doing is producing pure clean drinking water only, and not allow our resources to be wasted by pipelining water to cities to be used as waste water and industrial use, and lost in their system . Bottling it is the only way we see that we can insure what we do goes directly to human consumption, what APWC has is to valuable to waste.

I was George Ingram's assistant for one summer in between semesters in college at the Lincoln, IL office. Everything there seemed legitimate to me. I got my paycheck reqularly with taxes taken out.

I actually found out all this stuff after trying to contact him so I could update the references on my resume.
